CBI to have new boss on May 29–selection meeting on May 12 ?
It is believed that the CBI will have new Director on May 29. Tenure of 1986 batch Karnataka cadre IPS officer Praveen Sood is coming to an end on May 28. High Powered Selection Committee is likely to meet on May 12, 2026 to select CBI Director.
